Superbrain Yoga / Thoppu-karanam

Superbrain Yoga 呢個名稱來自Master Choa Kok Sui, 書名叫 "Superbrain Yoga".

Superbrain Yoga® is a simple and effective technique to energize and recharge the brain. It is based on the principles of subtle energy and ear acupuncture.




我無睇過呢書本, 但 superbrain yoga 係網上周圍都有資料, 亦有好多唔同版本



因為Superbrain Yoga 是由Thoppu-karanam 演變出來的, 我應為用瑜伽的腹式呼吸會較西方運動的呼吸方式更有效



Step 1. Face the sunrise. This form of yoga should be done in the morning, so that your concentration and stress relief will apply throughout the whole day. Remove any jewelry before proceeding.
第1步 面對日出。 這個形式的瑜伽應該在早晨完成,因此集中力和壓力消除效果將延伸到全天。在進行之前請卸下所有首(掛)飾。


Step 2. Take your left hand and hold your right earlobe with your pointer finger and thumb. Make sure that the thumb is facing away from you.
第2步 左手食指和拇指握拉您的右耳垂,確保拇指正面臨著遠離你。


Step 3. Take your right hand and hold your left earlobe with your pointer finger and thumb. Once again, make sure that your thumb is facing away from you.  [For energizing and activating the Left Brain and the Right Brain, the left arm must be inside, while the right arm must be outside.]

Step 4. Continue to hold your lobes as you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Transfer the awareness to the breath in the nostrils to the throat, as if inhalation and exhalation are taking place through a small hole in the throat, gently contract the glottis so that a soft snoring sound like "ocean" is produced in the throat.
第4步 持續握拉耳垂,舌頂上鍔。把呼吸的知覺由鼻孔轉移到喉嚨,彷彿在一個小孔喉吸入和呼出聲門輕輕收縮,使聲門在喉嚨發出像“海洋“的聲音


Step 5. Belly in and exhale 5 seconds through your nose while slowly squat down to the ground.
第5步 肚子向內收同時用鼻子吐氣5秒, 邊吐邊慢慢地蹲下。


Step 6. Hold your breath a while. Belly out and inhale 5 seconds through your nose while slowly stand up.  Continue holding your lobes and sticking your tongue to the roof of your mouth as you perform this move.
第6步 屏息一會. 肚子向外伸展同時用鼻子吸氣5秒, 邊吸邊慢慢地站起來。持續握拉耳垂和舌頂上鍔。


Step 7. Repeat this action 14 more times, for a total of 15. You may not notice a change immediately, but after a few weeks an improvement in concentration should become apparent.
第7步 重複上述動作14次(總共15次),也許沒有立即的改變 ; 但是在注意力集中上應該得到明顯的改善。
